Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable box sufficient not to damage the item(s) during return shipping.
An $5 return/exchange fee will be applied. This includes a return shipping label for domestic returns, and return/re-shipment shipping labels for domestic exchanges. Please send an email to info@spurwesttradingco.com for international returns or exchanges.
This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks to process once we receive the item(s).
