Shipping speed

We ship Monday through Friday, with processing times typically averaging 2-3 business days. Custom orders are processed between 5-10 business days. Orders within the U.S. usually arrive in 2-4 days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided for all orders—simply enter your email at checkout, and you’ll receive updates once tracking is available. Please note, delivery times vary based on factors like shipping rates, distance, and postal efficiency. Once handed off to the postal service, we no longer have control over the package’s journey.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery. You can view the list of available countries by selecting the "Country" menu at checkout. For further inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at howdy@spurwesttradingco.com *Due to complexities with customs and logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders

Mistake made at checkout

If you selected the wrong color or size during checkout, email us at howdy@spurwesttradingco.com with your Order Number and requested changes. While we can’t guarantee modifications to already placed orders, we’re happy to assist with exchanges. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately with the correct details. If your order has shipped to the wrong address and is returned, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. For assistance with returned packages, email us to arrange reshipping or a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

While we're disappointed when our products don’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to accept returns. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a valid return. Payment Methods: Customers can pay using credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or gift cards. Refunds for returns or exchanges involving gift cards are issued as credits.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery: SpurWest delivers to available locations listed on the Site. Delivery times may vary, with typical U.S. deliveries taking 2-4 days. SpurWest is not responsible for customs fees or delays.
Receipt of Products: Customers must inspect orders upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days. If the address is incorrect, SpurWest may reattempt delivery at the customer's expense.

ARTICLE 6. RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of SpurWest until payment is received, though customers assume risk upon delivery.

ARTICLE 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may return products within 12 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are in original condition. Returns are initiated through the Site or Customer Service.
