We ship Monday through Friday, with processing times typically averaging 2-3 business days. Custom orders are processed between 5-10 business days. Orders within the U.S. usually arrive in 2-4 days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided for all orders—simply enter your email at checkout, and you’ll receive updates once tracking is available. Please note, delivery times vary based on factors like shipping rates, distance, and postal efficiency. Once handed off to the postal service, we no longer have control over the package’s journey.

Mistake made at checkout

If you selected the wrong color or size during checkout, email us at howdy@spurwesttradingco.com with your Order Number and requested changes. While we can’t guarantee modifications to already placed orders, we’re happy to assist with exchanges. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately with the correct details. If your order has shipped to the wrong address and is returned, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.
